Dear customer,
Welcome to the AMT website. The company was formed in 1999 in
Czech republic called AMT Model. After several years in business
we gained a lot of experience in model aircraft mufflers thanks to a
lot of feed back from our customers and other modelers, due to there
dedication and enthusiastic passion for the hobby.
We manufacture mufflers and headers mostly for large scale and
sport aircrafts and we also build custom scale mufflers for the unique
scale aircrafts.We have a selection of standard headers but mostly they are build to personal request which are made at no extra cost
to the customer.
In 2008 the company joined a partnership with MK Model Aircraft in
Australia.This makes it easier with communication and lower cost of
our product for the international customers and by not having dealers
round the world there are no markups on our products,you deal directly with us and pay our price only.All our product are still made
in the Czech republic at the best quality possible with a 24 month
warranty.We manufacture mufflers and headers mostly for ZDZ, ROTO
MOKI, MVVS, DA, DL engines and also started production for 3W
engines and ZG 38cc heli.We hopping to increase the market for
R/C model cars and boat mufflers so if you are experienced in this
field and have any request please don't hesitate to contact us so we
can establish the best mufflers for you.
Warranty
Warranty claims on AMT products is 24 months form the time of
purchase and have to be accompanied by bill as proof of purchase.
Faulty product must be returned complete as to be able to check if
it is case of faulty claim.
WARNING!
In case that product is not recognized as faulty customer is
responsible for cost of shipping, another wise product can not be
returned.Proved claims will be repaired or exchanged for new one; in
this case the firm shall pay for returned postage.We emphasized
that returned product must be accompanied by bill of purchase and a
date of purchase.
What currency we can accept.
Prices are given EURO this is mainly for European customers. The rest of customers from different parts of world can make purchase in
USD,AUD,CAD,GBP,SEK.
While the currency you posses is not listed,e-mail us whether we can
accept this currency?
Important notice all currency is at present tied to EURO.
Shipping
All products will be send to our customer by Czech post, the time will
be between 3-4 weeks.In case where there occurs some delays for
unknown reason the customer will be notified.
While there are postal delays the firm cannot be responsible.
Immediately upon order being send the customer will be informed,
by date of goods being send,plus zip-code number of the package
Payment.
Customer will get invoice or proforma factura from the company with
payment details including price plus postage.
Customers from Europe,have to pay extra 19% VAT. The firm does
not pay this 19% VAT unless they prove they have VAT number
including certificate via e-mail.Oversees customers whether it is a
firm or individual do not pay this tax.
Goods must be prepaid before they will be posted.

INSTRUCTION FOR AMT MUFFLERS
Mufflers and headers are made out of aluminium alloy. Tuned pipes and canisters must be strap down at two places, because the headers are connected by Teflon tube.Also you must bear in mind that a propeller must be balanced, unbalanced propeller can induce rupture the header.
Tuned pipes and canisters while being used where they get in contact with laminated plastic or plywood, you must make sure that they have elastic support where they touch.Also make sure that you have air circulation around your canister or tuned pipe.Also make sure that your canister or tuned pipe cannot move back or fort as it would change the performance of your motor, plus it can induce vibration of your set up and rupture the silencer and help in the destruction of plane.

to properly set up your tuned pipe or canister you will have to move the distance between your silencer and header back or forward to accomplish the best result, it also depends on the style of your flying. By movement
forward you will decrease revolutions by moving back you will increase the revolutions, also remember to have right size propeller.
